Checkout before 10:00, check in after 17:00.

In ‘high season’ :
The rental price is in euro’s per week, changeover day is always on saturday.

In ‘mid season’:
The rental price below is in euro’s per week. However, we accept periods from 4 days where the changeover day must not be on saturday, contact us for specific prices.

In ‘low season’ the house is not available.

Conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of the total rental price including cleaning must be made at the time of booking. After payment we will block the period on the various booking sites.
• The full rental price including cleaning must be paid 2 months prior to arrival.
• All beds are provided with bedding on arrival.
• You will receive a towel set per person on arrival, consisting of 1 small and 1 large towel and a pool towel.
• Tourist tax to be paid on site.
• Energy fair use policy: if you use more than average, you’ll be charged for the extra costs.

We ask a deposit of € 800,00 to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The deposit is intended to cover damage to the home or contents. The deposit will be returned within 1 week after your stay.

Cancellation policy:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months in advance.
• From 3 months to 2 months: Cancellation fee 50% of rental price
• From 2 months to 2 weeks: Cancellation fee 80% of rental price
• From 2 weeks you pay the full price in case of cancellation.
